Shipping

All shipping rates within the U.S. can be viewed on our Shipping Rates page. We typically ship all packages using US Postal First Class Mail. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

For orders of 20 items or more and for orders to be shipped outside of the Continental US, please contact us first via phone or email below before placing your order.

Timing – Non-Holiday Orders

From the time you place your order it may take as long as 2 weeks to receive your item(s). Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

Returns

All orders may be returned within 10 days from the day your package is delivered. You may chose to receive store credit, valid for one year, or exchange your purchase for another item. We do not offer refunds. Items must be returned in original condition and in packaging comparable to the original one used. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage on a return shipment, so we recommend you insure all items for their full value.
